His Expressions Affiliate Link Examples: Types of Links   What works best? There are a number of different types of links available in the His Expressions affiliate program. It depends on the design of your site as to which type of link might work best. Text links A. Basic text link      Looking for dress shirts?      Looking for custom suits? B. To view more banners click here Text links: Text links tend to be more effective when incorporated within directories, or when used within informational pages. Example: Which do you think will work better? 1.) Click here for shirts! or 2.) There is a lot of choices out there for a custom clothing but I found that the best suits are here and feel the most comfortable. Many people prefer them! The answer is that it really does depend on the site, and how you want to present information. Banner links: A page comprised of nothing but banner images is generally viewed as worthless, but carefully chosen banners interspersed throughout your site can be effective. The key is to choose banners that will catch the eye of your website visitor. The easiest approach is to choose animated banners, or banners with up-to-date compelling offers. These are the types of banners that are most likely to cause someone to click through to the His Expressions site.  Specialized promotional banners We've created a number of "PROMO" banners, which are available in our banner inventory (and available to you once you are an affiliate partner). The benefit to adding one of these types of banners is that you only have to add it once, and then you never have to worry about it again. We change the banner on our side whenever we have a new promotion. The new "PROMO" banner will then appear on your site. You can be assured that you always have up-to-date promotions available. Regular visitors to your site won't see a stale banner that never changes...instead, they will see new fresh banners with compelling promotional offers!
